There have been two Notices of Motion received and will be presented to members at the AGM.
The first applies to a new By-Law regarding circumstances where some members are physically or otherwise not able to fulfil the requirement for members to help out with chalking when not playing. This will require >50% approval from members in attendance to be adopted.
The second is an update of the Constitution to address some redundancies or provide clarification on some rules not explicitly covered. These individually, or wholly, will require >75% approval from members in attendance to be passed as a special resolution(s).
