DESCRIPTION:The Mandurah Legends Darts Association Inc. will be holding its AGM at 10am on the 3rd December 2023.  The AGM will be held at the Halls Head Bowling and Recreation Club\, 3 Sticks Boulevard\, Erskine.  All registered and financial members are invited and we ask that attendees arrive and sign-in by 9:45am to ensure the meeting commences on time. \nAs per the Constitution the following Committee positions will be declared vacant and opened for election – Vice President (2yr term)\, Secretary (2yr term)\, Assistant Treasurer (1yr term) and Assistant Secretary (1yr term). \nCommittee nomination and Notice of Motion forms will be available at the club on 15th October 2023\, via the website (under Documents) or by contacting the Secretary at pjmc485@gmail.com.  Please note that nominations and any Notice of Motion(s) must be submitted to the Secretary by end of 5th of November 2023. \nThe proforma Agenda will include:\n– Welcome\n– Apologies\n– Previous Minutes\n– Treasurer’s Report\n– President’s Report\n– Secretary’s Report\n– Election of Committee Members\n– Honorariums paid to Committee Members\n– Notice of Motion(s)\n– General Business \nThere have been two Notices of Motion received that can be accessed with following links \nNotice of Motion – Chalking \nNotice of Motion – Constitution Changes \n
