DESCRIPTION:All members are encouraged to attend the AGM and then join us for our end of year wind-up lunch and awards. \nThe AGM will be held at the Halls Head Bowling & Recreation Club (3 Sticks Boulevard\, Erskine) commencing at 10am. \nForms for notices of motion and nominations are available via links below and hard copies will be available at the club days.  As per the Constitution the Vice President\, Secretary\, Asst. Treasurer and Asst. Secretary roles expire and will be up for election. \nThe End of Year Lunch and presentations will commence around 12pm and members will be asked to pay an advance deposit ($20) for the lunch which will be refunded on attendance.  Partners must be paid for in advance (price to be notified).  Sign-ups and deposits will be accepted at the October 5th and November 9th events. \nCommittee Nomination Form \nNotice of Motion \nAgenda \n
